Digital Download FAQ

Printly products are digital printable files. No physical product is shipped.

How do I receive my files?

After checkout, download access is provided electronically through Shopify Digital Downloads and/or your order email.

How long does delivery take?

Files are normally available immediately after purchase. In rare cases, email delivery or download access can take a few minutes.

Is shipping charged?

No. Shipping is $0.00 because all Printly products are delivered digitally.

Can I print the files?

Yes. You can print at home or use a local print shop. Product pages describe what each printable is designed for.

What if I cannot access my download?

Contact us through the Contact page and include your order number. We will help restore access or resend the correct file.

Do you offer refunds?

Digital products are generally final sale after access is provided, but we review access problems, wrong-file issues, and defective files case by case.
